"Just not convenient for me..."
The location really didn’t work for me... it took longer to get there than I expected, and dealing with parking or transport was just annoying. Maybe it’s fine if you live close by, but for me it felt like a hassle and not really worth the trip.

"Looked Better Online"
The place looked nice in the photos, but once I got there it was a different story. Corners were dusty, the floor felt sticky, and the bathroom was just not okay. It’s one of those places that always seem way cleaner online than they are in real life. It really put me off, and I wouldn’t book it again.

"Honestly, not really worth the money"
I don’t know, I was expecting a little more for the price, but it just feels basic. Like, it does the job, sure, but nothing about it made me think, okay yeah, this was worth spending extra on. For what you get, it feels too pricey.

"It just wasn’t the experience I expected..."
It just wasn’t the experience I expected. The whole place felt kind of dull but somehow still too loud, and the atmosphere was a little awkward. When I reached out to support about it, I got the feeling they were putting it back on me like I was the problem, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Catering really let the night down"
I went to an event here the catering was disappointing. I was in a good mood when I arrived and was really looking forward to the evening, but the food definitely took away from that.

Most of what came out was lukewarm, a few things were really bland, and the portions felt smaller than expected. A couple people at our table barely touched their plates, so it wasn’t just me being picky.

The staff were fine and polite enough, but for a place like this, I expected much better. The food ended up being the part everyone talked about for the wrong reasons

"So I went in expecting a normal experience..."
So I went in expecting a normal experience, but the staff really put me off. The replies were short, nobody seemed like they actually wanted to help, and I felt like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. For the price, I expected way better service. I wouldn’t go back.

"Event coordination was okay overall"
The team was helpful and nice to work with, but the schedule felt a little messy at times. Not terrible, just kind of disorganized here and there, so it was okay overall.

"A little slow to get back to me"
I’ll be honest, the replies took longer than I was hoping for. They did eventually get back to me and the answers were useful enough, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the communication had been a bit quicker. Overall, it was okay, not bad, but not especially impressive either.
